Commercial kitchen fit-out

This project of a commercial kitchen fit-out involved fitting out an industrial unit with a food grade kitchen for a local sushi company. The unit needed complete washable kitchen conforming to EC no 853/2004 regulations.

There was also a requirement for a staff canteen upstairs beside the dry good stores.

Walls were studded out to allow for services to run behind and to unsure a flat surface for white rock to sit against

The concrete roof is also counter battened to allow for fitting of a washable ceiling and two doors are fitted, one for staff and one for goods.

Staff door to kitchen with canteen overhead. Wall panel dividing staff and goods entrances. All areas were repainted with durable washable paints.

Floor is coved up to wall and white rock panels are stuck to wall. Panels are heated and then formed around corners.

Access panels are left for the inspection of services; doors are coated with anti-bacterial washable paint
